On the night of May 28, “The Belt and Road” Developments: Opportunities and Challenges Seminar and National Academy of Development and Strategy, RUC’s “The Belt and Road” Different Country Series Think Tank Book Collection Unveiling Were Held.

RUC’s National Academy of Development and Strategy is one of the first places a high-level think tank was established in all of China. In the past few years RUC’s National Academy of Development and Strategy was in charge of the building of the Belt and Road Initiative, they were in charge of peaceful development and opening up to other countries, developing theory discussion and academic exchanges, accumulating research results and research experience, and training a highly skilled research team.

The vice president of RUC, and the chief editor of the book collection, Liu Yuanchun, introduced the unveiling of “The Belt and Road” Different Country Series Think Tank Book Collection’s 10 Books. The books focus on “The Belt and Road” frontier countries development of different countries research and data conformity. This established a different country data base compilation for Russia, India, Georgia, Indonesia, Ukraine, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and other countries, and also created dynamic data bases to enhance the understanding of “The Belt and Road” frontier countries.

During the unveiling, the organizers not only discussed their research results, but also discussed the influence of the coronavirus on Russia, India, Georgia, Indonesia and other countries who are planning to help build the “The Belt and Road” Opportunities and Challenges. Experts on politics and business had a discussion based around international relations, resource safety, trade cooperation, humanity exchanges, and foreign safety, all of which contributed to the wisdom and planning of the development of “The Belt and Road”.
